Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and concerns

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
