Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system
  • Providing product information and recommendations to customers
  • Processing customer orders and resolving any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers to meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

* Experience in a customer-facing role in a shipping, packaging, or business supplies industry
