Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing world-class customer service, meeting sales goals, and contributing to the overall success of our Kailua-Kona, HI location. You'll work closely with our customers, responding to their needs, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
- Meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit sales, and other revenue-generating activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the location
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and customer service metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the self-storage industry or a related field
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish, or other languages)
- Previous experience in sales or account management
