A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to communicate with our exceptional customer service base. Your responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound phone calls, emails, and texts, and making outbound calls as needed * Ensuring our customers receive excellent service and communication by helping schedule and reschedule appointments, managing billing information, and resolving conflicts or complaints * Optimizing and ensuring our technician's routes and schedules are successful * Participating in meetings and training to develop leadership skills and abilities to foster growth and unlock potential What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing a positive and empowering work environment.
