A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to communicate with our exceptional customer service base. Your responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound phone calls, emails, and texts, and making outbound calls as needed
* Ensuring our customers receive excellent service and communication by helping schedule and reschedule appointments, managing billing information, and resolving conflicts or complaints
* Optimizing and ensuring our technician's routes and schedules are successful
* Participating in meetings and training to develop leadership skills and abilities to foster growth and unlock potential

What We Are Looking For
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you should possess:
* 1-2+ years of customer service experience (preferred)
* Comfortable speaking on the phone
* Experience with computer database systems/software
* Positive and professional dress, communication, and demeanor
* Excellent communication skills, including reading and writing skills
* A genuine personality, confident in yourself, and in office and customer service skills
* Ability to speak Spanish (a huge plus)
* High school diploma, some college preferred
* Willingness to work Saturdays at least once per month
