Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, and Sales Associate. As a key member of our front desk team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients with eyewear selection and adjustments. Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, and Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist patients with eyewear adjustments and selection, providing expert advice and guidance

  • Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training in a related field an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular breaks and flexibility to adapt to changing situations
