Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for onboarding high-value customers, building strong relationships, and driving retention and growth. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their business needs and provide strategic advice to help them succeed on our platform. Key Responsibilities

* Onboard high-value customers with a full demo, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving
  • Increase retention and growth of arenaflex's most valuable customers by identifying business opportunities and providing strategic advice
  • Represent the voice of the customer to provide feedback and insights into core product and marketing processes
  • Conduct presentations to educate customers on best practices and product functionalities, enhancing their performance and growth
  • Provide trusted guidance to customers on the use-case and product functionality to improve their experience and retention
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities with customers to drive growth and retention

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of account management or customer success experience in tech, with a proven track record of driving growth and retention

  • Fluent English is a must; proficiency in an additional language is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions
  • Experience delivering customer-focused solutions and conducting onboarding webinars
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into insights and create structure in ambiguous situations
  • Passion for technology and the Gig Economy, with a willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Salesforce and G Suite, particularly Sheets and Slides

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's platform and products, with a passion for learning and growth

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications
