Job Summary

As a Deli Core Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You'll work closely with our deli team to ensure seamless operations, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and contribute to achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, including promotions and pricing
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with deli staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's standards for cleanliness and safety
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store environment
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, promoting arenaflex's products and services to customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, responding to their needs and preferences
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a deli or food service environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
  • Previous experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups
  • Availability to work overtime, including holidays and special events
