Job Summary
As a Store Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrating a thorough understanding of our products, services, and features to ensure customers receive the right solutions for their needs
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, drive customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive store environment
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases, and sharing expertise with customers and colleagues
- Participating in visual merchandising, store displays, and other initiatives to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience
- Processing transactions, handling returns, and resolving customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued, heard, and supported throughout their shopping experience
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a retail or related environment
- Experience working in a paint or hardware store environment
- Knowledge of paint and painting techniques
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
