Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer complaints, answer product-related questions, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets for customer satisfaction and resolution rates

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar industry or with a similar product line

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
