Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting customers, operating the register, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, both inside and out
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Providing product recommendations and promotions to customers
  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales data as required
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; retail and customer service experience a plus

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
  • Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
  • Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds
  • Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
  • Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye-hand coordination
