Job Description

Essential Qualifications

  • Prior work experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education or certification in a related field a plus
