Job Summary
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
