Job Summary

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner

  • Promote arenaflex products and services, making recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex standards and policies
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or experience in customer service preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
