Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Call Center Representative to join our team in South El Monte, CA. As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for taking inbound and outbound calls, communicating with schools to identify their needs, and providing helpful solutions that ensure they have a great customer service experience with arenaflex. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring minimal supervision, and will be expected to be productive, organized, and able to prioritize projects and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls to schools to promote our educational program
  • Identifying the reason for the customer's call, collecting relevant information, and providing solutions
  • Referencing premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
  • Upselling products and services when appropriate
  • Using best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Documenting all customer interactions
  • Providing program overviews to school personnel via Zoom
  • Attending trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Work Environment

Compensation and Benefits
