Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish), you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our wholesale and retail customers, responding to their inquiries, and recommending the right solutions to meet their needs. You'll work closely with store associates, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely solutions to their questions and concerns

  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending relevant products and services
  • Collaborate with store associates, sales teams, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Provide product knowledge and training to customers, ensuring they have the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company initiatives to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and retention

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a retail or wholesale environment

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving customer loyalty
  • Strong product knowledge and training skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues in a professional and courteous manner
