Job Summary

As a Store Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our retail stores. Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and recommend the right solutions to meet their expectations - Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers - Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods - Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to arenaflex's visual merchandising standards - Collaborate with store staff to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills - Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store operations and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously - Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions - Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in the paint and coatings industry or a related field - Knowledge of arenaflex products and services - Certification in customer service or a related field - Bilingual or multilingual skills - Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
