Job Summary
As a Senior Customer Service Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that equip our customer service representatives with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in their roles. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards of customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when interacting with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training programs that meet the needs of our customer service representatives - Develop and implement training materials, including manuals, guides, and online resources - Conduct training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions to ensure that our representatives have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service training - Mentor and coach junior trainers to help them develop their skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service training, with a proven track record of success - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with training software and technology, such as learning management systems
