Position Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders: Make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
  • Being a product and solutions expert: We'll equip you to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Building business relationships: Connect with customers over phone, email, and chat.
  • Understanding customer needs: Recommend arenaflex's best solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Helping customers navigate: Assist customers in navigating arenaflex's website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, listening, and communication skills: Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you're eager to learn, we'll train you!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish): Fluency in both verbal and written forms is required.

Compensation and Perks

* Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential!

  • Shift Differential: $2 extra per hour for working a non-traditional schedule.
