Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Medical Biller to join our team in Panama City, FL. As a Data Entry Medical Biller, you will be responsible for assisting patients with processing insurance claims, entering billing and payment information into the system, and communicating with patients, doctor's offices, and hospitals to obtain necessary records and information. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Medical Biller at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting patients with processing insurance claims through private insurance and Medicaid/Medicare
• Noting and processing all necessary forms from the insurance
• Assisting patients in navigating the billing and insurance landscape, including collecting all necessary forms and signatures
