Job Description

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by accurately processing and validating data from various sources. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of our data. You will be responsible for:

• Data Intake and Processing:

+ Regularly monitor and retrieve data from Tableau and Google Forms. + Conduct thorough data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Salesforce Operations:

+ Utilize Salesforce to search for existing records matching the incoming data. + Create new records in Salesforce for unmatched submissions, accurately populating required fields. + Update existing records as needed to maintain data integrity.

• Communication and Coordination:

+ Use a template to provide relevant information about the processed submissions via email. + Collaborate with the sales team to address any questions or concerns regarding the data and processes. + Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce
