Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Saint Paul Park, MN. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering. We'll equip you to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
