Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple languages. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in multiple languages

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Fluency in multiple languages (English and Spanish required; additional languages a plus)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a similar role at a leading company

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with language translation software or tools
