Job Summary

As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our customer service operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately and efficiently processing customer data, including updating records and resolving issues
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues to senior representatives
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall service quality
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including data entry and analysis
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process customer data accurately and efficiently, including updating records and resolving issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and escalating complex issues to senior representatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall service quality
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including data entry and analysis
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

  • Previous experience in data entry and/or customer service roles
  • Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and speed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
