Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Experienced Data Entry/Web Research Assistant – Digital Content Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing data entry tasks, coordinating updates across internal and external-facing digital platforms, databases, and documents, ensuring consistency and accuracy. You'll also be responsible for conducting web research, gathering and verifying data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Coordinate updates across internal and external-facing digital platforms, databases, and documents to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Conduct web research to gather and verify data, and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other digital tools to support data management and analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry, web research, or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with database management and data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics or SQL
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with web development and design, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Familiarity with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
