Job Summary
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services. This role requires a high level of communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting arenaflex products and services
- Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service area
- Restock shelves, process inventory, and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to promote arenaflex products and services
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
