Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to our customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas
  • Processing transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments
  • Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and drive customer engagement
  • Participating in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and inviting shopping environment
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide informed and helpful advice to customers

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant experience preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a retail or convenience store environment

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
