Job Description
As a Data Entry Clerk – Level 2 at arenaflex, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from physical and digital documents into our company database. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our data, as well as maintaining our internal reports and spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enter data from physical and digital documents into our company database
- Verify and check information for accuracy
- Update internal reports and spreadsheets
- Manage workload to ensure that priority items are completed quickly
- Utilize AS400 system and Microsoft Excel
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in AS400 system and Microsoft Excel
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a manufacturing or food processing environment
- Familiarity with data management software and systems
