Job Summary

As a Parts Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our parts and tire data entry process. Your primary responsibility will be to accurately enter parts and tires into our system by processing vendor information, updating inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately enter parts and tires into the system by processing vendor information and updating inventory levels

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of parts and tire inventory
  • Process orders and updates in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management
  • Identify and resolve data entry errors or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve data entry skills and knowledge
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies

Essential Qualifications

* Prior experience with data entry, order pulling, and inventory management

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with inventory management software and systems

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's inventory management processes and procedures
  • Certification in data entry or inventory management (e.g., Certified Data Entry Specialist or Certified Inventory Manager)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
