Job Summary

As a Customer Service Parts Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the parts they need, when they need them. You'll be responsible for coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of parts, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of parts, ensuring that they are accurately inventoried and delivered to customers on time

  • Provide exceptional customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of parts shipments
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory, shipments, and customer interactions, using our proprietary systems and tools
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and improve customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or logistics role, preferably in the transportation or supply chain industry

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with inventory management systems and tools

  • Knowledge of transportation and logistics regulations, including DOT and FMCSA requirements
  • Certification in customer service or logistics, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Logistics Professional (CLP)
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
