Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing solutions to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, and your language skills will enable you to connect with customers from diverse backgrounds. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish (or other designated languages)

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product information, answer questions, and offer solutions to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance language skills and customer service expertise

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other designated languages) with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer-facing role in a call center or retail environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services (training provided)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Portuguese, French, Chinese)
