Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist and Research Panelist at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home, completing a variety of tasks and projects that contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities
* Complete data entry tasks, including online surveys, product testing, and research trials
- Participate in online focus groups and opinion panels
- Conduct product testing and provide feedback
- Complete micro tasks and other projects as assigned
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to keep yourself organized and track progress
- Participate in webcam studies and other research projects that require video conferencing
- Complete tasks using your smartphone or other mobile devices
- Meet productivity and quality standards for data entry and research projects
Requirements
* Education varies by study, but all education levels are accepted
- Current USA resident
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English and Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
- Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and projects
- Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with internet connection
- Microsoft Word and Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
- Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
- Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with data entry software and tools
- Familiarity with online research platforms and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to meet productivity and quality standards for data entry and research projects
Pay and Benefits
* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions
- Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
