Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Experience Team in Ellettsville, Indiana. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for researching and resolving customer concerns, working closely with all departments, and providing exceptional support to our customers. If you're a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and effectively sell arenaflex products and services to new and existing residential customers

  • Provide customers with product and service information, including pricing, installation costs, and product upgrades
  • Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved within 24 hours
  • Actively listen to customers' concerns and needs to identify, research, and resolve customer complaints using available resources
  • Communicate effectively with peer departments and use sound judgment to determine an appropriate course of action

What You'll Need

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Fluency in the English language
  • Previous sales and customer service experience required; call center experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), and an ability to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse population
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail; high level of accuracy
  • Ability to embrace change, learn new skills, and continuously improve
  • Ability to work both independently and with co-workers toward company goals
