Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, delivering exceptional experiences to our customers through phone, email, and chat support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
- Communicating with customers in English and Spanish, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system, ensuring a seamless shopping experience
- Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency in both verbal and written forms
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
