Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system, and becoming a product and solutions expert. Key Responsibilities

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

• Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
• Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
• Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions quickly and confidently
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
