Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll work closely with our team to identify and resolve data entry issues, implement process improvements, and maintain the highest level of data quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, meeting deadlines and quality standards - Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data entry issues, implement process improvements, and maintain data quality - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our data entry processes and procedures - Analyze data entry trends and make recommendations for process improvements - Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and related fields

Essential Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or a related field - Proficiency in data entry software and systems, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with data entry software and systems, including but not limited to, Excel, Access, and SQL - Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, including but not limited to, Tableau and Power BI - Experience with data quality and data governance - Certification in data entry or a related field - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
