The Role

As a Customer Support/Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible support and experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong client relationships by providing ongoing support, sharing best practices, insights, and product knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Partnering with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the stage for long-term success.
  • Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to increase customer satisfaction and revenue, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer renewals through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining strong product expertise, providing training and ongoing support as required to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams, driving product development and improvement.
  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests with a focus on strong customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required, ensuring that all concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Ideal Profile

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support/Live Chat Support Specialist who possesses:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a Customer Service or Customer Success role, preferably within the Medical Devices industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate complex information effectively.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work, with a focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Strong team player skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
