Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via telephone and in-person interactions
- Managing accounts receivable, including processing payments and resolving customer inquiries
- Performing basic accounting and data entry tasks, including using a 10-key calculator "by touch"
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
- Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, accounts receivable, or data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- High level of professionalism and dependability
