Your Opportunity
As an International Client Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll have the unique opportunity to service international (non-US residents) and domestic clients with a full range of service and trading needs. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, as well as general account servicing inquiries. You'll also have the chance to complete document translation services for internal partners and service clients in foreign languages as needed. Evening and overnight shifts will also support our clients within Stock Plan Services. Your relationships with clients will have a direct impact on their financial well-being, and you'll play a crucial role in helping them achieve their goals. What You'll Do
* Service international and domestic clients with a full range of service and trading needs
- Assist with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, as well as general account servicing inquiries
- Complete document translation services for internal partners and service clients in foreign languages as needed
- Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment to achieve exceptional client experiences
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives
- Provide proactive and consultative guidance to clients on trading topics and appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and resolve any issues that may arise
What You'll Need

Required Qualifications:
+ Must be able to read, write, and speak in Cantonese/Mandarin + FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required (or a condition of employment to successfully obtain these licenses within the allotted training time) + Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 1-2 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services, and/or Brokerage Services with an emphasis on trading, engaging with clients in a proactive and consultative manner + Passion for trading and market knowledge; ability to proactively discuss trading topics and appropriate solutions with clients + Shift flexibility is highly preferred, as this department operates 24 hours a day, 5 days a week + Excellent analytical skills with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy while adhering to policies, procedures, and guidelines + Passion to continually learn and grow knowledge in personal finance + Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone, chats, or email + Excellent interpersonal and written skills with a strong customer service focus + Resilience to help achieve client happiness in a fast-paced call environment + FINRA Series 9-10 license preferred
