Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with members on a daily basis to resolve service requests and complaints. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills will make all the difference in their experience. Key Responsibilities
* Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
- Route service calls efficiently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Verify and input work order information, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Manage multiple calls simultaneously, maintaining attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions to expand your skill set and contribute to the team's success
- Communicate with technicians and maintain a smooth flow in the office, ensuring seamless collaboration and a positive work environment
Job Requirements
* Minimum two years of administrative experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
- Positive attitude and a team player mentality, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
