Key Responsibilities
As a caregiver on our team, you'll be responsible for:
- Offering companionship and emotional support to our clients
- Assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) including housekeeping, errands, eating, walking, bathing, toileting, dressing, and more as needed
- Collaborating with the client's care team to provide updates and report any important health changes
- Ensuring that each client's care needs are met with compassion and professionalism

Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in caregiving required
- 3rd shift availability is a plus
- CNA, PCA, or HHA license (current or previous license)
- Genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of seniors
- Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm availability
- Willingness to do on-call shifts to cover unexpected call-outs
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus
- Clean background check required
- Randolph and Montgomery Counties

* Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of caregiving best practices and industry standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
