The Big Task

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians efficiently
  • Maintaining customer records, updating databases, and documenting relevant information

  • Collaborating with the service team to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of customer issues
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Providing administrative support to the office team as needed

Desired Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle customer complaints with empathy
