Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Customer Service Representative I to join our Waltham team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to our internal and wholesale customers, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and contributing to the growth and profitability of our business. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and wholesale customers via telephone, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of inquiries and issues.

  • Process orders accurately and efficiently for internal and wholesale customers, including the purchase of tires, parts, and services.
  • Perform data entry and administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Inventory Management Database.
  • Coordinate deliveries with shipping departments, ensuring seamless logistics and timely delivery of products.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvements, contributing to increased efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

* Minimum of a high school diploma with two years of customer service experience.

  • Tire and automotive service industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent phone skills, with the ability to offer the highest quality of customer service.
  • Customer Service attitude, with a focus on building strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and Inventory Management Database.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Conflict resolution skills, with a focus on de-escalating tense situations and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detailed-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
