Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Caregiver Lead Coordinator to manage our internal chat lead system, ensuring efficient communication and collaboration between our caregivers and clients. As a Caregiver Lead Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving and processing chat employment leads from AidQuest, maintaining the visibility of the job posting to internal candidates only, and ensuring that all leads are properly managed and followed up on.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and process chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all leads
- Maintain the visibility of the job posting to internal candidates only, preventing external job boards from accessing the posting
- Collaborate with caregivers and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Manage and follow up on all leads, ensuring that all candidates are properly screened and matched with available positions
- Provide exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, including candidate information and job postings
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve lead management and candidate engagement
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and address any recruitment challenges or opportunities
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment, lead management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing and processing high volumes of leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers and clients
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using chat lead management systems and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the healthcare or social services industry
- Knowledge of AidQuest and its chat lead management system
- Certification in recruitment or a related field (e.g. SHRM-CP, HRCI)
- Experience with CRM software and other recruitment tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address recruitment challenges
