A Day in the Life of a Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales

As a Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales, you will have the vital role of providing our clients with excellent customer service. You will communicate with the customer to effectively determine service needs, schedule appointments, and organize sales calls. You will also dispatch our service technicians to fix any HVAC or plumbing issue. With your computer skills, you will prioritize and enter data into our database. As our Customer Service Representative - Inside Sales, you will gain great satisfaction from helping our community with essential services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person

• Communicate with customers to determine service needs and schedule appointments
• Organize sales calls and dispatch service technicians to fix HVAC or plumbing issues
• Prioritize and enter data into our database using computer skills
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic knowledge about computers
• Customer service skills
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize multiple tasks
• Self-starter and collaborative
• Excellent critical thinking skills

Work Schedule:

* This CSR position typically works a full-time schedule during business hours

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
