Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced AidQuest Chat Caregiver Lead to manage our internal job postings and lead generation efforts. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving and managing AidQuest chat employment leads
• Keeping the job posting open with internal visibility only
• Ensuring that our job postings are optimized for internal recruitment and lead generation
• Collaborating with our recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Providing exceptional customer service to our caregivers and clients

Key Responsibilities

* Manage AidQuest chat employment leads and ensure that our job postings are optimized for internal recruitment and lead generation

• Keep the job posting open with internal visibility only to prevent external job boards from accessing the posting
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Provide exceptional customer service to our caregivers and clients
• Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform future recruitment strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and lead generation

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in recruitment, lead generation, or a related field

• Proven track record of success in managing and nurturing internal job postings and lead generation efforts
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
