Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. As a Welder/Fabricator, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, performing accurate welds, and ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

* Read blueprints and follow safety protocols to ensure accurate and efficient welds

• Perform MIG and stick welding of heavy metal components and fabricated parts
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with production team members to meet production deadlines and goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's safety and quality standards

Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of welding experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred)

• Proficient in MIG and stick welding
• Able to read blueprints and follow safety protocols
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in welding preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail and quality
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
