Summary

As a Customer Support & Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive business performance. You'll be responsible for managing live chat and email interactions, providing video calls to new customers, escalating customer support tickets, representing the company in virtual and networking sessions, and using customer feedback to create new ideas. Key Responsibilities

* Manage live chat and email interactions to ensure a smooth customer journey, in line with KPIs

  • Provide video calls to new customers using Zoom and Loom
  • Escalate customer support tickets to dedicated teams
  • Represent the company in virtual and networking sessions
  • Use customer feedback to create new ideas and improve customer experiences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery

Essential Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer experience role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Experience using live chat and email to deliver customer support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, with a flexible attitude and ability to adapt to changing circumstances

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience using Keep, Thrive cart, Groove, Facebook, and Instagram

  • Knowledge of real estate industry trends and best practices
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Location
