Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for scheduling and coordinating maintenance appointments across seven locations while providing top-tier customer service. This role involves compiling and organizing customer lists, proactively calling customers to schedule maintenance, upselling services and products, and acting as a key communication point between customers, technicians, and the service manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Compile and organize customer lists, grouping by geographic area
- Make outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments and promote services
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Optimize technician schedules across seven locations to ensure efficiency
- Upsell maintenance plans, products, and additional services
- Act as the primary contact for technicians, directing them as needed
- Work directly with the service manager to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications & Skills
* Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules across multiple locations
- Experience with scheduling software (ServiceTitan or similar preferred)
- Prior experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical customer service is a plus
- Ability to upsell services and build strong customer relationships
Essential Qualifications
* 3 years of experience in a call center environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in scheduling software and other technical tools
Preferred Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical customer service
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
