Job Summary

As an Experienced Fence Installer – ROS, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality fence installation services to our customers. You will work closely with our team to assemble, install, and dismantle temporary fences using powered equipment, various types of lifts, and hand tools. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting arenaflex's high standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Installs and dismantles temporary fences using powered equipment, various types of lifts, and hand tools

• Assembles various fence rental items and accessories per manufacturer, company, safety policy, and procedures
• Inspects installed equipment prior to leaving the job site
• Loads and unloads trucks properly at job sites
• Interacts with customers, co-workers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
• Maintains a clean and organized work environment, adhering to arenaflex's safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalency

• Entry-level position with a willingness to learn and grow
• Valid driver's license with minimal driving infractions (not required but a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with DOT and OSHA regulations (a plus but not required)
• Construction or related experience (a plus but not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
