Job Description

As an Experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist – Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, customer service, and research participation. You will work from home, using your computer, laptop, or mobile device to complete tasks and participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform data entry tasks, including typing, reading, and writing

  • Participate in online focus groups, product testing, and research trials
  • Provide customer service and support to clients and participants
  • Conduct research and gather data for various studies and projects
  • Use Microsoft Word and Excel to keep yourself organized and manage tasks
  • Participate in webinars, online training sessions, and other educational programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Education: Varies by study, but all education levels are accepted

  • Current USA resident
  • Speak, read, and understand English and/or Spanish (a plus for more opportunities)
  • Ability to focus and follow through on tasks and responsibilities
  • Reliable computer, laptop, or mobile device with a stable internet connection
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills (helpful but not mandatory)
  • Data entry skills, including typing a minimum of 25 words per minute
  • Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support (helpful but not mandatory)

Pay and Benefits:

* Up to $250 per hour for single research study sessions

  • Up to $3,000 per multi-session research study
